 This type of adapter is used for 8x6.50" (165mm) bolt pattern

to fit 8 lug 6.50" (165mm) bolt pattern wheels. 

Adapter studs are 1/2-20 (1/2RH) installed to fit factory or after market wheels

These adapters can be used on the following cars, among others:

Dodge: 3/4 Ton, 1 Ton 2/4WD (46-93) 

Chevy: 3/4 & 1 Ton K20 K30 C20 C30 (65-87) (some may use 9/16" studs)
Ford:  F250, F350 (55-79) (some may use 9/16" studs)

**If the hub studs protrude outside the adapter and prevent the wheels to sit flush on the adapter plates, it is required to shorten the factory studs. It happens most often on 1" and 1.5" thick adapters.
